Welcome to Charters on Vine! We are excited to have you join us for one of our unique and fun events. Please take a moment to review our policies for a safe and enjoyable experience.

Ticket Policies

• All ticket purchases are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled departure are non-exchangeable.
• Third-party ticket sales are not authorized.

Child Safety

• The trolley does not have child safety seats. Children 2 and under may ride securely on a parent's lap.
• All children over the age of 2 require a ticket.

Alcohol Policy

• Alcohol is allowed on the trolley. No glass containers are permitted.

Respectful Behavior

• Please respect the Charters on Vine team and fellow guests. Unruly behavior may result in removal from the trolley.

Age-Restricted Events

• Some tours are for guests 21 and over.

Liability and Responsibility

• If you cause damage to the trolley, you will be responsible for repair costs.
• Charters on Vine is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

Weather Policy

• In dangerous weather conditions, events may be rescheduled or refunded. Dangerous weather includes icy roads, significant snow, or tornado conditions.

Photography

• Photos and videos may be taken during the event for marketing purposes. If you wish not to participate, notify your host at the start of the event.

Chartered Events

• Chartered events require a minimum of 2-hour rental.
